Man that's weird. In the same episode they say Naruto was born with nothing. No powers, talent, nothing inherited from the parents, nothing. Then turn around and say that Naruto is basically the reincarnation of a demigod. The show seems to confused as to what it means to be born with nothing. Lee was born with nothing. Tenten was born with nothing. Sakura was born with nothing.

Naruto was born with a lot. The Uzamaki chakra pool, the Uzamaki life force, Kurama, an Hokage specifically looking out for him, and now a demigod reincarnate. In the battle of Neji versus Naruto, their themes and creeds were on the line. As the show has progressed, it has shown me that Neji was right. Being born with talent makes the difference. The only thing Naruto wasn't born with was common sense.
